In March 2022, the staff of PNJ - Human Resources Department had very meaningful team activities. PDC was extremely honored to be a companion in this experience of Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company .

The team building program was explosive and “burning” with more than 65 members of HR-PNJ. This program took place in 3 days at Lagi beach, Binh Thuan province. The script designed specifically for the HR-PNJ team took place successfully in the spirit of excitement and breakthrough with the enthusiastic participation of everyone.

The members were divided into 4 teams and must pass 5 challenge stations. The program took place with 4 main parts:

• Trust: Trust your partners
• Bonding: Bonding tightly
• Speed: Fast processing speed
• Excellence: Complete at the best

Warm up

The warm up part was a game to warm up the player's spirit to help players get excited to be ready to overcome the challenges after. At the beginning, everyone needed to unite and work well together to successfully create the word “BEST”.

Station 1: Bonding - Roll the ball

This game required cohesion and rhythmic coordination of all team members. The members musted decide on the right member to sit on the big ball, and also come up with a reasonable battle strategy. The role of the team leader was also extremely important when they directed other members to perform tasks.

Station 2: Excellence - Archery

The team needed to discuss together how to optimize time and effort to shoot the most bows and arrows in the forest in the shortest time. This part required a lot of intelligence so players must be both knowledgeable and good at skills, thus creating a competive atmosphere.

Station 3: Speed - 24 Number boxes

This test required a fast problem-solving speed. The task of the teams was to complete the challenge in the right time and according to the requirements of the game rules. Players needed to think to answer the organizers' questions in the shortest time. Under difficult challenges and time pressure, players would develop their intelligence, teamwork ability, and the ability to work under high pressure.

Station 4: Trust - Solid table

Unlike the stations above, station 4 did not require physical strength or speed, but required extremely high teamwork. Only when the team members really trusted each other can they win this contest.

Station 5: Reaching the finish line - Create fire

Creating fire was the ultimate game. This part of the finish test sounded simple, but it required a lot of patience and meticulousness. Creating fire in front of sea breezes was extremely difficult. This was also one of the essential survival skills of humans. This game was both entertainment and practical knowledge that the organizers wanted to guide participants.

Ending - The emotional Gala Dinner

The lively music performances, extremely humorous fashion shows brought an exciting atmosphere. The smiles, the emotions and the full participation of the members brought a joyful and meaningful atmosphere.

The program was held in an exciting atmosphere and brought a lot of important values to each individual and to the whole team thanks to the enthusiastic participation of each PNJ member. It was the spirit of solidarity, understanding of teammates, management skill, communication skill, planning skill, creativity and intelligence. Those were also the values in the staff building and company development that PNJ always aims for.

This was also a special occasion for PNJ to honor employees with important contributions in the company and an opportunity to attach all members.
